3. European Union Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

  • Order number
  • Email address used for the purchase
  • A clear statement indicating your decision to withdraw from the purchase

Upon receiving your request, we will promptly acknowledge receipt and provide return instructions.

You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal decision.
